HR Model @ JOINT[S]

Keeping in view present state of Design business and availability of man power we have adopted hot reservoir model to cope up with the highly dynamic requirement in Skill sets and almost floating specifications in design.

Hot Reservoir model:

• One set of resource which is already working on the project is termed as Functional resource.
• One set of resource which can be put to work on very short notice called hot reservoir. These guys continue working on similar kind of projects with some internally developed tight specifications so that when they are exposed to customer, they should be capable enough to get integrated in their flow very smoothly.
• One set of reservoir which can be put to work after a long notice called cold reservoirs. These are fresher which are put on training and getting exposure for real-time projects but will be trained for at least six months to get transferred to hot reservoir pool.
