Hardware Design

The Hardware design is Joint[s]’ strength. We have capabilities in Analog, Digital, Mixed signals, as well as RF circuit designing and board level implementations. We have experience of both Cadence & Mentor tool-chains right from initial stages of schematic entry, circuit simulation, layout designing, pre-layout simulation and final stages of post-layout simulation and signal integrity analysis.

We have good experience of system designing with FPGA, CPLD and Microcontrollers. We have also expertise on:

• ARM9 and ARM7 cores (32 bit RISC).
• MSP 430 (TI’s 16 bit RISC).
• AVR Microcontrollers (Atmel’s 8 bit RISC).
• PIC Microcontrollers (Microchip’s 8 bit RISC).

We also have experience on designing real time systems and interfacing with real world signals.

Firmware Development

We have experience of programming above-mentioned core and microcontrollers in assembly and using C cross compilers. We have implemented speech and audio codecs on ARM cores. Firmware development also includes protocol implementation for connectivity.
